And there are so many mistakes on that text! Also, there’s a huge difference between classic written texts and the sentences we actually use. Nobody ever says “Beğendiğinize memnun oldum”. We’d rather day “Beğenmenize sevindim”.
Tip of the day, one thing you’ll almost never find on text but we heavily use while speaking: Ya! It hasso many meanings for various situations. Once you learn to manage the semantics of that magic exclamation, you’ll get the spirit of the language.
Beğenmenize sevindim. Yes that’s a direct translation. But you’ll definitely hear it like “Beğenmenize sevindim ya!”
Or
“Ya? Beğenmenize sevindim!”
(Oh really, I’m glad you like it!”
