By the way readers if you are applying without NOC your notive period will be 60 days irrelevant of duration you have worked with current employer.

You should have only work until the end of notice period, after That you can move to your new employer. If current employer threatened you, then report to the ministry of Labour

You'll receive a VP number and forward it to your new employer so that he can prepare you a contract that you'll sign and it will be attested to process your Qid

Then another company gave me a new offer and they applied me for my new transfer a week ago. Today i follow it up at the ministry of Al Khor, they told me that they require NOC? I' am just wondering why, cause i already have the resignation acceptance from my current company. Please advise. Thank you and appreciate your kind help
To be honest things about the NOC changed so fast, a few people are lucky, nowadays NOC is very important... Forget about the ADLSA changes, most of them are not in practice now

You can change as long as you have a QID, but make sure your company doesn't bring issues
