Very good information, But the staff sitting in zila sainik board and record offices are not educated enough to read the latest updates and help ex-servicemen. They are still believing sending letters and somehow making sure that it is reaching to ex-servicemen after two months due to following proper channel. Even if any policy is changed for the betterment of ex-servicemen, it will not bring any change in the system unless the mentality of staff heads are changed. Educated them only to help the people whether they are public or aged veterans

It's already been 1year and 4 months since my father went through all these processes and had sent application through ZSB to change my mother's surname in his PPO to his record office (armoured corps) but got no response.
