Riddu Riđđu Trailer

One summer week in July, people from many places across the globe take a trip to the arctic village of Olmáivággi/Manndalen in Norway. They travel here to participate in one of the longest running international indigenous festivals in the world - Riddu Riđđu, which means 'little storm on the coast' in Sami.
This teaser is a tiny glimpse into the location and the events at the festival. It is also an introduction to the two films that were shot during Riddu Riđđu 2015. These films will premiere at the Riddu Riđđu festival in July of 2016. The soundtrack is the live performance of the song Sangjidorjii by Urna featuring Kroke during Riddu Riđđu 2015.
