it is really useful for the ATV community that you give the real sizes of the tires, you never get these informations by the manufacturers or the sellers
Trying out the premier feature! Have you seen it before? Do you or did enjoy it? Let us know! I will be doing this for all my future modification videos to share my experience personally with you guys! Every 3 days!
Think about it . There is no end to the upgrades. You can go on for ever or until your pockets run dry lol. I also noticed the size of tire quoted and actual measurement can differ.
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I really appreciated your talk about wheel Lug Nut Torque. Just bought a 2019 XTP Max 1000R and was going to double check the dealers PDI torque on them but just never had time between mounting new accessories and riding. Well at 10 hours of riding on the clock I was at a lunch stop and just looking over my ATV and to my horror I saw that my left front Rim had 2 broken Wheel Studs and my left rear wheel had 1 broken stud. I just got my new studs and hour ago from the dealer. The guy in service was adamant that I torque to 74 Ft/Lbs but to do it in stages not all at once. Since having this problem I have done some research and it seems this is a common problem. I will torque to 60 as well. I wish I could punch the PDI guy!! I was 43Kms out in the toolies along a road beside a cliff when we stopped. It could've ended very badly. Lucky there was a different easy way back to the highway from where we had lunch. Great Video again! Thank you
It's a Snapon digital torque wrench, and the factory recommends 74ft lbs but I kept snapping wheel studs. Most forums suggest anywhere from 60-70 to solve this issue, so I just check them often. Haven't had any issues yet. Thanks for watching!
Hey bud! Your videos are awesome!! Love watching your rides!! I noticed you added the Lucky 7 floor boards on the Outy. Would 32” Asassinators fit with those floorboards? Or biggest tires you think would fit on stock 14”. Thanks in advance!!!!
In been thinking about these exact tires for my 18’ sportsman 850 how do you like them ? I’m thinking some type of bead lock and the 29.5x10 tires how would they be on just regular trails ? I’m a big mud rider but ride trails to get to the mud don’t want to rattle my teeth out if you know what I mean.
It's not as bad as it seems but I'd be lying if I said comfortable for trail. I highly recommend a beadlock with aggressive tires, itll save you hassle down the road. They are mean and I'm fully committed and love them.
I watch eh TV up and he said renegade xmr 1000r will handle 32 inch assassinators only thing u need is 1 1/2 inch wheel spacers and alittle trimming of the fender
I noticed that as well the cryptids are a true 28. When I was putting a lift in my buddies commander he layed his 28 ol2s next to my cryptids and they were the same hight. Bike looks awesome put them cryptids on the grizz?
@@MainvilleATV I know, but they are wrong there. your breaking studs is common, and i'll lay money on it that it's due to actually being way over torqued. used to see it all the time during my 15+ years in the tire industry.
@@jasonmorehouse3756 you are correct on the anti size or grease on lug nuts and studs. Another mistake is using a power tool to tighten lug nuts that a lot of people do. For some reason canam does recommend lubing lug nuts.

Good call on the beadlocks, they look great on that red XMR. I will always be an Outlaw tire guy but you can't deny those Assasinators put in work.
Yeah love the beadlocks. Thanks for watching bud
red? that looks orange to me
@@jasonmorehouse3756 "canam red" is definitely orange yes lol
Monster did my ecm reflash... very happy! QSC’s Rev X primary and STM secondary is the cats meow as well. Got my setup dynoed and she runs like a top!
Right on buddy!

Yeah, not a fan of the difference in tires size than advertised. Not cool.
@@MainvilleATV I agree. Hey what atv club you with. I was with Halliburton but thinking about looking around for a better suited club for me.

Yeah, anti seize and 60 to 65 take it for a spin and torque again you'll be good to go. 74 kept snapping the studs. Thanks for watching!
How will the axel shafts handle these?
Did you gain any more ground clearance
I have a 850xmr, and have some true 30x 10 tires on the way. Do you think i would have to get floor boards or spacers to get them to fit?
Nice torque wrench... who makes it? I’ve always torqued my atv lugs to 80 or 90lbs. 60lbs seems so light.

it's only a 10mm wheel stud 45 to 65 ft lbs max
Thinking about getting 29.5 assassinators on a Honda 420 rancher. How well to they ride on the road?
Any plans for “the” Mud and Wheels upgrade? I’m curious about Assassinators and the rear diff???
We will have to see. Personally the stock diff is more than enough as long as its maintained. Thanks for watching!

Looking to buy red halos for my 2020 can am outlander xt 850 any suggestions on where to purchase
Far mudding.
@@MainvilleATV thank you
Sorry I missed the live. Went and ate then had to take the grandson out for a mud ride on the renagade xmr. Lol my new cryptids measured exactly 28"
No worries man, didn't realize it was American Thanksgiving today. My bad.
And yeah, false advertisement in my opinion... lol
Mainville ATV and Outdoors I really enjoyed the video, can't wait to see both bikes all fixed up. Keep up the good work
Thanks man! We appreciate the feedback.
the reason you were breaking studs is because your torque values drastically change when you use lubrication on the threads.

No, we are going with a light skinny mud tire for the kodiak. Thinking sludge hammers
Be interesting to see how the sledge hammers work.
wow! awesome! :)
How much you selling the black on 4:24
Funny how 29.5 is taller then the 30” itp
My 27” zillas are barely 26”
Shit did you sell the yoshimura?
never use grease or anti seize on wheel studs. can't be properly torqued then
Its recommended straight from canam.

A little more aggressive he says... lol
the real name of assassinator tires should be excavator😄😄😄
Agreed. Constantly repairing my gravel drive way haha
Great sound track, Drive by Trucks clone.
