- A Cycle around the Whitelee Wind Farm testing my new Cube Reaction 625 E-Bike with Brian
and then another cycle carrying all my hiking and camping gear. It done a great job.
Cracking Frank. Like your bike. Glad BT got his drone back. I’ve had to use find me many times lol. Some nice footage you got mate. Nice one 👍

Cheers Dave, it’s a great place to explore with the bike and only 10mins from my house. The find my drone on the controller is a god send, I’ve had to use it as well.

Nice one, Frank. I enjoy seeing wind farms. Your video reminds me of my drives through Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico...many huge wind farms.

@@hikingwithfrank315Yes. Some of the small rural areas produce much more electricity than they use. They sell the surplus to surrounding areas.

Nice one. The words "get the drone out" seems to conjure rain instantly, even on the clearest of days.
🤣🤣 yeh it can be a faff at times with the drone. But it was funny as soon as Brian launched his the rain started🤣🤣🌧️🌧️

I went to Decathlon this afternoon to ask a few questions and get sized up for hiring their E Mountain bike as there's no way i want to go back into Glen Affric for the failed attempt on the 3 at the hostel as i could only manage 1 the last time.I felt ur pain when u were in there for the same reason and you couldn't continue.The windfarm is some place.Was up there with the bike during lockdown......shhh🤫🤫🤫🤣👍
Cheers Andy, it’s a belter and I love it. I’ve still got a few munros where this bike will make it a lot easier esp that one like you say down to the Glen Affric hostel.
How much do they charge for rental Andy.? You got the hostel booked for Affric.?
@hikingwithfrank315 If I pick the bike up say on a Friday at 5pm I don't need to have it back till 5pm Sunday and it will cost £90 which is pretty reasonable I think.I Only have this Affric one and one more to A'Mhaigdean via Poolewe left with a bike.Not using the hostel Frank.Hoping to go in/out on the same day like I was trying the last time.😀👍

Thanks, it’s a cracker of a bike, I absolutely love it. It’s got 4 modes but I find you only really need the first 2 modes and I can get on average 60miles on a full charge.🚴🏽👍
