Mineral water cost is less than 5 rps/ LTR, cost is bottle, labels, caps and transportation, so it has some cost but low than milk.
Wholesaler maximum price upto 12 rs
What about the investment put on the company and the machines , workers salary , electricity ??
I worked in bisleri. Highest cost is met by margin to godown again godown to retailers. For 1 litre Bottle, label and caps together cost less than Rs.2. and water cost around Rs.4.

I have been buying 20 L bottles from the retailers in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai and they have been charging Rs.110 per bottle (Rs. 20 more than MRP ). This time I confronted them then he made it Rs. 100. He says that the distributor is selling them at Rs. 92 (more than printed MRP) and they can't sell at lesser than than. Hope some action is taken on this over charging by Bisleri.

The problem with bisleri is its reach. When you go to a retailer and ask for bisleri then either he will refuse by saying that he doesn't have it or at first he will give you a local bottle having similar name like brisleri or beseleri etc. If you ask him for better one then he will give you bailley. If you are still not satisfied then he will give you kinley. And if you are still not satisfied then only he gives you bisleri
Add minerals like potassium and calcium from outside may be harmful for children.....it is not totally safe water...

2. PH level is neutral instead of base. Just for the PH test. This is not good
3. Why minerals are added before micron filtration. Since minerals get removed in filteration.

In this processes, after plastic bottle molding there is a lot of plastic dust are present inside this bottle and when the water is filled into this bottle, they are mix up. It's not told me, its told this video. Because there is no steps to separate plastic microbes. So this water is not pure, its a poisonous........
