I feel like the hallways should have floor to ceiling windows to allow more light and be able to see outside, you can also add the potion room back, a dueling room, and the wine room back

I struggled a lot with completing the aspiration in my rags to riches challenge, because at some point the house was perfect, but still not expensive enough. so I came up with idea I think would work well with any castle - a treasury! a small room in the basement filled with the most expensive decorations.
Having the plumbob tapestries makes me think about how maybe the plumbob shape is implied to be a quasi-religious icon in The Sims. But also like...does this mean Sims SEE the plumbobs above them? Can they tell when one of their fellow Sims is suffering? Would that explain their utopian society where there's affordable health care, universal employment for those who want it, and equal access to food, love, and opportunities for relationship building? Hmm.

The butlers room should be near the kitchen and you could get inspiration from the downtown abbey castle ❤ I didn't watch much of it but it's a cool castle and you could have a dungeon too also a bar so could have a barman serving drinks your parties and could have an entertainment room 😅 xx

You could always turn the back hallway on the first floor into the butler’s quarters. Especially since there is already a bathroom and the kitchen nearby.

So mediaeval castles weren't actually just bare stone, when people lived in castles. They were usually limewashed white, and then all the walls were painted with whatever was available, like with yellow ochre (and burned umber), or indigo blue. There were motifs like flowers and crosses, but also full on tapestries of folklore stories or even stories of conquest. The rooms were really light and bright due to this lime washing. They were also covered with rugs both on the floor and in the walls. They were not just bare stone.
I just checked and i have get famous but cant find the butler under hire a service,so it must be from something else that i dont have. I looked and it is from vintage glamour stuff, which i dont have yet.
