It is a miracle that China agreed not to use force against the Philippines. If the Philippines does not understand the goodwill contained in this, it will only face the naked gap in force. It is the ancient wisdom of China to use courtesy before force. China will not destroy the Philippine Navy until it has no choice, but this does not mean that China will give in. I hope that the final solution to the dispute will not be paved with the blood of the Philippine military.
