This might be the best well designed House that you featured in your channel... a bit pricey but worth it i guess. Not too many fixtures, minimalistic design, very spacious and well ventilated.. This will sell like a pancake.

Kung baga, walang nasayang na space or gamit. Modern, minimalistic and all rooms were very spacious! Hindi cramped! This will sell fast. Also, good job on your latest contents. You have improved! So far this is my favourite from the rest it's because every rooms are so spacious and I think it looks affordable. The outside might not be so attractive but you're right when you said wow everytime you show every single room! Really BEAUTIFUL set up I loved it!

I think if you sum up all the furnitures and ampliances it would cost roughly more or less 5 million. The only thing im a little disappointed is the size of the pool and no garden but spacious receiving area and sala compensate. This definitely would go to my favorites

Its a very nice property, very spacious, tastefully done and well designed. However, from outside the color of the house should be a neutral color. Its a good idea that it's fully furnished if it suits the buyer's taste. Overall not bad for its price.

Very specious,nice finish but I wonder they don’t put bath tub on the masters bedroom,it’s handy if there’s a price tag,so you could compare each other property ,map of the area would be handy.
It's a beautiful house...perfect to be my family's next home. But if I may ask, on the ground floor you said that everything you see here comes with the unit upon purchase, but on the second floor you were describing it as if the furniture's upstairs such as the sofa sets and the beds like its not included in the package only the curve TV's and AC units. Does the sofa sets and beds also included in the purchase of the unit?
