Just from watching this video you gave me an idea that you didn’t even discuss on here I was thinking I can possibly chop samples in the audio section just by using splits and duplicating and also use the bass and drums from the stems in the audio section alone. Just a different workflow
Hey I really like when can idea comes about from seeing others. Would love to see you try that out. You got me thinking to try that also. Thank you for sharing.
Just sharing my experience and an alternative. I started using vdj as their stems are a bit more full in general, especially with the vocals compared to serato. Putting the track in a prepared folder there would split the stems which can be exported as an mp4 file in audacity. Makes most of what's being done here a bit easier and sounding better.
Thank you for sharing your alternatives ( always welcome other ideas and recommendations). Another alternative that I have seen in getting results if it’s not quite working is using Lalal.ai
Can I simply hit record and hit mute on the parts I want muted and it will record my automation like Ableton Live. Real fast and easy way to automate live!
This was so helpful thanks!!
