The Shuichi cosplayer's voice sounds e x a c t l y like shuichi's real VA, i'm very impressed. All the others were really accurate too
it's all voice acted/pre recorded, will-o-wisps has the skit cut together from multiple angles on her channel, she was the organiser for the whole thing (I was the monokuma lol)
