You need to go back to the beginning to where the hate really started, He blew up on Dear wrappers got a lot of hate for his appearance it eventually lead to White Boy which got even more hate , responsed with This House AMAZING track, Hellovit and exposure as well then he did a song called If I were black. Damn the hate to many just look at the click bait titles ( Genius Marketing) and don't actually listen to his songs, I encourage you even if it's on your own time not reaction go back and watch/listen . Tom more got dissed on regarding his politically incorrect tracks such as, coincidentally, Politically Incorrect, straight white male, white boy as well as anti-establishment / anti-mainstream tracks such as I hate hip-hop, the music industry, sad rappers and the one that made him viral , dear rappers.
Fortunately his fanbase does overwhelm any comment section that would be negative against him so you don't see it as much as you did back in the day but there is definitely a progressive part of hip-hop that despises him immensely. You can also see some various articles written about him by people that you can tell have nothing at all to do with hip-hop let alone listen to his music and make a judgment based on his clickbait titles meant to do exactly that, point out there basically idiots.
Since I'm an EX punk rocker I have a lot of white woke Progressive friends that call him racist but once I show them the black reactors reacting to Tom McDonald tracks they don't want to discuss it anymore LMFAO
I don't think I saw you guys react to it yet but there is a diss track battle between Mac Lethal & Tom, and it was basically initiated by Mac Lethal making a passive aggressive, snarky comment on Twitter about some white rapper that cries about being oppressed. That this battle is actually what got me into Tom because I used to watch Mac Lethal battle videos 10 to 12 years ago and I am still a pretty big fan although I have lost a bit of Street respect for him due to him starting the beef with Tom.
