  • Decided to do a wash and dry race on my washing machine and tumble dryer as they both have a 59 minute cycle and would be interesting to see what would finish 1st, and the result is surprising

    I was looking at buying the washer . I have a dryer hotpoint been going for years . I like a washer and dryer to match . This washer and dryer of yours are lovely . Thanks for adding your video and taking the time to make it.

    My husband had a bosh washing machine and it was over 40 years old. Well out of date and he would not part with it and was going for years and years it was really long in the tooth. Lol. Don't know what he saw in it but it went on for years and years and years. I bought a black hotpoint for over £300.00 to replace the old bosh washing machine and the hotpoint one was not washing our clothes properly and was washing stains in our clothes . Tried it on a few settings and did not make any difference at all so it had to go back . Hotpoint was always a good make and now they have really gone down hill . It's like the fridges they do are going on fire like the one that started that fire in grenfell. That was a hotpoint . I've now switching over to hoover and would never buy a hotpoint again. So thanks for adding your video give us a better idea on how the hoover works . My husband said they sound noisy . Lol. That's because there on together silly man . Think he is still wanting to hang on to that old clapped out old piece of tin. LOL. well it's going and I'm buying a hoover. Period....🤣🤣🤣

    Hi
    Iv the washer in white and chrome door 9kg 1600
    Its ok when 1600 spin is empty no clothes but when clothes in it it's like a fraught train all my products under the sink fall off and my microwave moves across the counter top , my floor is level we have also put rubber door stops under front and back to secure it .
    If I use the 1400 it's ok but 1600 goes mad.
    Yours didn't move when spinning iv a engener comming out tomorrow iv had it for a week.

      When I had that machine I had no problems at all with it, does it happen for all loads like clothing and towels or even mixed loads?

    Can anyone tell me please what the shortest ‘timed’ option is on the dryer? Thanks

    • @dcstanda
      @dcstanda  3 роки тому +1

      Shortest is 30 mins for a dry, the shortest timed cycle is the airing but that doesn’t use any heat just blows air into the drum

      I’d rather the dryer over the washer hoover/candy are better at making dryers then washers

    Have you any idea how to put on a 20 minutes cycle

    • @dcstanda
      @dcstanda  4 роки тому

      There is no 20 minute cycle on this machine you have 14, 30 or 44 mins when you select the rapid cycle

      I got this off ebay for £100 as the couple who I got it off of had a replacement, but in all honesty I had a Hoover engineer come out and he just explained everything about how to use OneTouch on my S9+ and told me to use my thumbs on the touch panel as they work better so really nothing is wrong with the machine apart from I had to order a new water tank for the door
