I think that's what throws things off in people, the last time you ate definitely changes the digestion and metabolism of the THC
Yup, eat something light then take your edible, that way no THC is destroyed by stomach enzymes, kinda like why you have to take Acid sublingually.

With vaped weed, you get to keep the leftover material and can make edibles with it. And as Kyle said, it’s already decarbed after you use it, so you can skip the decarbing step and put it straight into steeping in butter.
Edibles hit ppl differently. especially if you dont smoke a lot and if you're skinny. But then again I have a friend who is barely 100 lbs and she eats 100s of mgs of edibles and barely feels a thing lol but im sure she smokes a lot of flower too. I know too that when ppl take certain medications that they cant get high off edibles, its weird lol
BlameTruth's story sounds like the edibles were laced with some sort of hard drug, for sure not OG. Ive never had sweats and itchy teeth from an edible.
Considering diverse neurochemistry and how TCH percentages are cultivated to higher levels than they ever were, lower CBD ratio as a counterweight to boot, it could just as easily been plain weed. Itchy teeth is far from the weirdest response high TCH count can illicit. Smoking pot nowadays compared to our parents is the difference between budlight and moonshine. Drank half a gallon of my own home brew tincture tea, and was the highest I've ever been since lol. Was similar to the feeling of being very tired where you're half out of it and loopy with extra dim contrast vision. Except with being in a nice warm sunshiny day everywhere haha. The problem with plants is they are inconsistant plant to plant even from cuttings. Stevia is a classic example, one plant can be sweet as sugar, and a cutting from the same plant can taste like dirty hairy @$$.

Yeah, some people lack the enzyme in their liver to not feel edibles so my suggestion to you is try some THC lean. It's liquid thc and that shit had me high asf. Or get some hard candy edibles and suck on them under your tongue and it'll absorb sublingually

its not physically addictive but as a long term user it becomes part of your life. i don't drink and take other drugs but i smoke weed every evening and when i don't have my evening joint it throws me off big time. i wont be able to sleep and get agitated and loss of appetite

I was dealing with Crohns and ate 1000mg worth of medicinal cookies once. I literally had almost no symptoms for a day, but was STONED to the point I kept thinking I needed to lay down and let it pass.

kyle my man you should try a proper herb vaporizer. i got my arizer air 2 some years ago and i never went back to smoking, it's much more weed efficient than smoking it and its fucking potent too, and as a nice plus it's also healthier for your lungs
as an anecdote the only time i've been way too high for comfort has been after using the vaporizer, and it happened with just one and a half bowls. it does require what you might call a special breathing technique to use properly tho and most people do it wrong, i think this is why some believe it's less strong than smoking.

Nah the problem with taking a 3 or 5mg edible is that that doesnt really do much, my brother ate 25 his first time and still went to eat more. i'd honestly never even heard of anything below 10 prior to this, and those come in a pack of 10 candies. But, i'm a medcard holder and the only street edibles I've had didn't work the first time, and then like 2 250mg brownies that were awesome from my buddy.
