Hi Beautiful Prerna , I got amazing results in hair fall with chewing curry leaves for six weeks and then hair fall started again despite of eating curry leaves regularly in the morning and using methi Dana water toner daily / using coconut oil with onion and garlic once a week before hair wash / using methi / klonji/ dried curry leaves powder daily / using methi Dana paste and methi Dana water conditioner once a week . B12/D/iron / folic acid if normal and thyroid panel is normal too. I am also drinking Amla powder in water for last one week and eating seed mix for three weeks with no improvement in hair fall . I lost 75% of my hair.

Hello Prerna! Lots of love and hugs to you for sharing such amazing simple home remedies. A BIG THANK YOU. Just wanted to confirm how many times in a week can we use this oil? I wash my hair thrice a week. My hair density has reduced drastically. Will regular use of this oil help to regain the lost density. The frontside of my scalp is visible with a very thin layer of hair to barely cover it. Please advise which of your hair remedies will suit me the best.
Don't shampoo hair more than twice a week and eat high protein, vitamin, mineral enriched food to thicken your hair.
