It’s the fable art of the weapon, it’s effectively a guard with a longer window (maybe 0.2 second) and when done successfully, not only does it not consume the fable art slot, you can trigger a powerful counterattack
The stamina consumption is the same as any other heavy weapon, but the fable art let you make a perfect parry plus a hevy atack, since fable arts dont use stamina you can regain it during that time Idk if i explain myself correctly
I use the same weapon, the hit combo and fable arts are great on this weapon. I am on the king of puppets as of now, he's giving me a bit of trouble lol.
idk the exact level but this was ng+4 i think like my 8th playthrough, my stats were vitality base level vigor 50 capacity 50 motivity 30ish technique 80 advanced 80, except for the black rabbit brotherhood fights it was 100

use the weapon's basic fable art and move in a direction right as you are going to be hit and it will work, doing this gives you fable back, if you light attack it is stronger and does not consume fable, and if you heavy attack it is very strong takes away fable

It is in the base game, you get the clothes by talking to Arlecchino after you enter the final Trinity Sanctum when you use the Chosen One’s Trinity Key at the Arche Abbey Outer Wall, and the hair is from doing a perfect play-through doing every lie possible
I believe november last year they said they were working on a dlc and a new game. The dlc should get released before the new game. They didn't specify a date tho, hopefully this year
It definitely makes your life easier because of the long range and powerful fable, but to play the game like this guy, not only did you need some P-Organ for fable, you also need a very good timing skill, so keep using it, it’s far from cheating
this game is harder to parry in than sekiro and you take damage if you dont perfect parry its like bloodborne combat where you take damage (unless you parry) and then you get hp back for attacking

depending on the boss, some was first try (like laxasia, parade master), some took me maybe an hour like the Black Rabbit Brotherhood

Use the fable art on the right timing and use the RB/R1 or RT/R2 to do the counter attack

they added it bc of a collab with wukong fallen dynsasty. You get it after the start of the game.
