Ranger School Tips: The 'Gibson' Mod Load Lifter Ruck Trick

This is part of the infamous Gibson Mod.
I had three soldiers this morning that walked in the store with their rucks after wearing one of the classmates's ruck I had modified over the weekend. They all agreed to take step-by-step videos on how we modified the ruck in an effort to share the knowledge.
