Amen! Law vs faith is exposed thru practical examples in this session.The Just shall live by faith. Salvation is by faith alone in both the OT & the NT Abraham was justified by faith & only after 14 yrs he was circumcised & 500 yrs later Moses received the law. Jesus died to redeem us frm the curse of the law & to reconcile us to God as it was impossible for man to keep the law. Jesus gave us Abraham’s blessings of righteousness & the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ. We must now proclaim Christ through our lives to everyone & live for Him.The Abrahamic blessing is unconditional but the law required obedience. God is faithful & His promises never fail. The Law was to guide us until our Redeemer arrived. The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death.

Thank you Cherry. We have friends who follow Messianic Jews, which still insist on keeping the law ( and they do it religiously, including the festivals),keeping the work of the Lord on the cross as secondary. This message is a good reminder for me regarding the importance of work of Jesus on the cross and hopefully one day I can share this message to my dear Messianic Jewish friends

The most misquoted concept:
What is the implication if a person tells “For Salvation we do not need works BUT after one is saved, he will have works” ????
Did you notice indirectly that person is saying “For Salvation there is a requirement of works” ?
This is called the deception of “Lordship Salvation” Or Backloading gospel with works Or Calvinism.
This is a very heretic doctrine which looks like a gospel but its not a gospel that saves.
Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
Here in above verse Grace and works are contrary to each other for salvation. Its like oil and water which does not mix along.
In the grace period, salvation is through faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross.
Rightly dividing the word of Truth.

ഇതിനെ "ലോർഡ്ഷിപ്പ് സാൽവേഷൻ" അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാക്ക്ലോഡിംഗ് സുവിശേഷത്തിന്റെ വഞ്ചന അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വർക്കുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കാൽവിനിസം എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു.
