For me, with Ryuji, it's the fact that he is a pervert and one of the main villains's whole thing is that they are a pervert So like, perverts are bad in Persona 5, unless they're your friend? Which is why I have a love/hate for Ryuji Since Persona 4 doesn't really focus on stopping perverts specifically, I don't mind Yosuke being a pervert that much since it doesn't clash with the main point of the plot
