You have show 24 cam rings, but require 25 right? Is the there 3 cams of largest size? And are you offsetting each ring by some degree? The holes are in the same place, so how does it create the wave offset? Slightly confused.

Instead of making the cams different sizes, could you not have achieved the same effect by cutting the rods progressively shorter as you move away from the centre?
