Lol, you speak the truth friend. I once threw a working audio amplifier out, because it was second hand. It worked in the shop, but not when I got home. Assuming I had been cheated, I jumped up and down on it, smashing it to pieces. And threw it in my projects shed. A few weeks later, I needed a fuse, so I took the one off that amplifier. It didn’t work, so I may have damaged my amp for nothing. Now I always check the fuse, even any internal ones. I love your channel, peace......
No, that wouldn't work. The 3 pins (prongs) are live, neutral and earth. The fuse is associated with the live only. If the fuse is blown, it will cease the flow of electricity (current) via live and thus break the circuit. So to test continuity of the fuse, you need to directly contact both ends of the fuse or in line of the circuit the fuse is on

Thank you . I looked at a few , but they all presumed you knew what setting to put the multimeter on . Worked perfect thank you .
Quick, yet very efficient video and that multimeter is awesome 👍🏻
Nice simple to understand video, thank you my friend .👌👌👌👌
Brilliant. I needed this, any other electric lessons covering basics would be great.
I'd like to learn about resistors and condensors for automotive
@@HealMyTech1 you make a good video, so you should keep at it
Excellent video
Thank you. A really easy explanation nicely presented.
You are welcome!
Many thanks for your explanation. Insightful. Cheers, mate!!
Thank you, just sorted through some mixed up fuses, older style, working and not.
Great video bro just what i needed
Great video buddy. Thanks for doing it.
you're welcome...!
great video my friend..very easy to understand.. could you do a video using the same multimeter for you checking out OP-amps ..
Excellent, just tested mine, very helpful
thanks brother much appreciated 🙏
Simple and educative
Really good video. Unfortunately, my multimeter doesn’t have a “squiggly” line, it only has the “triangle with the plus”. Any advice?
thank you thank you thank you
nice educational video plz prepare video how to read motherboard volt all things
Can you use voltmeter instead of ohm scale?
thanks easy enough . :)
You are welcome!
Reading through your body, should you put fuse on a table?
Cheers brother!!
Great Video!
can u please make a video how to fix the CHECK SIGNAL CABEL on pc ive been trying to fix it for several months :(
THANKS
Hi is there a correct way to insert a fuse (positive & negative) and to test for it ?… Could fuses be directional ?
Thanks
As far as I know fuses do not need a direction, it doesn't matter which way!
@@HealMyTech1
Good to know. Hear so many different theories about them
Great vid... thank you x
Glad you found it helpful!
Just a question, is it possible to touch 2 of the 3 plug prongs to test or is this just a stupid question?
I don't understand the question!

Assalam o Alaikum brother i am still for the cx750 repair video?
That PSU was sent back to manufacturer and they replaced with a brand new, so that video won't happen any time soon, sorry...!
Nice vid
Agree, a faulty fuse can be embarrassing. Regards
What if there is a sound , but without reading ?!
My multimeter shows a value of 1 and it never changed.. no sound..That means it's dead, right?
