I own this car and happy with it so far. Gives good fuel economy (7.5L/100KM combined), peppy engine and decent overall reliability. The 2020's version looks like a proper upgrade and will give its rivals their run for money
In indonesia, its also called almera, and its used for taxis, but they stopped using almera cause they said it dosent have good fuel consumption, is that true?
Nice car tour that I enjoy it. Very basic car and easy to use. One of my relatives have this one in 2016 E trim as well. But it is quite different here in Thailand. All trim in Thailand get CVT and 1.2 l engine which very eco and powerful. Interior quite different as well. The car is cheap, but it drive very good, and interior very roomy. Thank you.
Great video as always! Very detailed explanation on all the functions of the car. I just wanted to point out that the Almere takes the award for being one of the ugliest, if not the ugliest car in production. It’s basically a big metal box with wheels and outdated technology. There is nothing to love about this car, and it handles worse than a fully loaded minivan. I hate to say this but if you’re looking to get a car to get from point A to point B, I would suggest you to look elsewhere. There is still a misconception that Japanese or German or even Korean cars are better built compared to Proton and Perodua but this car proves that wrong. There are rattles coming from everywhere inside the cabin and the cheap plastic cracks and peels when parked under the hot sun for a week. I recall an incident during my college years when me and a few buddies wanted to go clubbing and one of the boys just got an Almera from his parents as a birthday surprise. After arguing about whether or not we should be arriving in that huge pile of junk, we decided to get a Grab instead 😂. It was shameful to arrive at a prestigious nightclub in a boat to be honest

Hi, that was a good review thx.
BTW why nobody does review for manual cars/model? I've been looking for the manual review but NA.
In indonesia, its also called almera, and its used for taxis, but they stopped using almera cause they said it dosent have good fuel consumption, is that true?

Alexlovesmac please review toyota innova , camry, corolla altis, proton exora
Miss the days when most of the cars were insert-key-to-start type.. Haha.
I hear you. I prefer key-to-start cars myself. Too bad the two cars I've had so far had push button start systems.
Nice car tour that I enjoy it.

It wouldn't have been hard for Nissan to put in a temp gauge. There a pretty basic feature.
Only available on highest trim (VL variant)
Why is this filmed in the middle of a highway?
It's not the middle of the highway. It's the end of an unused (for now) road.
The alarm clock sound at 1:11 😂😂
That's the key-in-ignition warning.
Sound like my phone default alarm xD
Can you please do a review on the last gen prius? Not the plug-in, just the regular one. Thanks. :)
I've got a couple of videos on the previous Prius on my channel.
Is that a Versa?
Mark from Predator XR yes.In Malaysia that's called Almeria
Yes as mentioned in the video, it is also called the Versa.
Can you do hyundai sonata, 2013 or newer teana or Even a REAL MURANO
please almera nismo
Visibility is decent, but the side mirror is too small for my liking ( just my opinion)
Can you make review Nissan Livina???
The transmission isn't an automatic, but a CVT.
It is a 4-speed automatic for Malaysia.
@@alexlovesmac I see, where I'm from it's either manual or a cvt.
can you review Toyota for tuner patrol?
Seriously, a 2016 car still have single airbag?
Haha... There are cars out there that still don't have an airbag. Thank goodness all cars on sale in Malaysia have at least an airbag.
But according to Transport Minister at 2012, new car must have at least two frontal airbags by 1 January 2012. How can Almera get through this?
That ruling was actually for at least one driver's airbag, not two front airbags.
Hi,Alex....can you review the fortuner?
Will try.
Is that a Nissan Sunny?
Yes as mentioned in the video, it is also called the Sunny.
do a caldina gt4 full vehicle tour plssss
Will try.
Why buy this car? We already have Proton Saga & Proton Persona right...much better
Hazman Nissan Almera. The cheapest car you can buy if you don't want a Proton or Perodua.
Hazman reliability will be much better on the almera since Proton still makes cheap feeling cars.
That's because the almera is an older product than the saga and persona vvt
Uber/grab favorite car
Along with the Honda City and Perodua Axia. Hahaha
Don't forget the trusty "EEV" Perodua Bezza!
Haha. And that too.
Toyota Vios also have hahaha
Almera ehailing cars are slowly disappearing though
Bro please do comparison Nissan sylphy g11
Will try.
Wow no rev limiter
Pls proton exora

Nissan March Sedan
It is somewhat based on the Nissan Micra/March, but it is never sold as the March Sedan.
Almera's back end is really not good looking
COROLLA95 ur face isnt that good either tho

Only a driver side airbag seriously proton persona better at least 2 airbags
Hm, i tot u make a review fr vl variant
I film what I can.
I really hate the Almera. Its just some car, no personality and soul. Its also way too basic and cheaply equipped across the entire range.
[DW] Ariga yup agree it is only a basic car from point a to point b..one thing i like almera is the spacious rear interior
plz review the honda civic rebirth
Never heard of such a model.
The steering wheel is damn ugly
To be honest, this is a shitty, cramp and ugly car
