God what an amazing event through and through. What happened to Faze was an absolute heartbreaker, but the other top teams are all looking really strong. And, C9 are just in a different league right man. Yeah, Optic and Fnatic took a few games off of them, but C9 just had that other gear that allowed for them to just deny any more chances for the other teams to beat them. They really are the current final boss of competitive Halo.
Feel so bad for Faze's performance they were my faves going in lmao. Cloud9 is going to win for a while IMO with the current teams, I feel like OG performed so well but that might've be their ceiling for that team, hard to say

I was super impressed with pioneers, they had some awesome games and stepped up in a big way.
EUnited proved they are here to stay. Two top three LAN finishes in a row and I don’t think we can call them underdogs anymore. They had a great performance.
Optic had their shot for first and put on a great tourney, but Cloud9 is still the best. Grand finals were great and I’m glad they went deep.
I feel like the competition was even tighter this LAN than last. Can’t wait for more Halo. Keep up the good work.
Yeah I was very impressed by the perseverance of Pioneers. Eunited proved that they are top 3/4 until proven otherwise on LAN, even if they still lag in the online competitions in the coming months IMO. Thank you for the compliment man awesome comment

I just wanna say Envore was the underdog player of the whole tournament, he was arguably top 10 in the tournament, pistola and Spartan also shined in this tournament too but I wouldn’t say they’re underdogs, pistola maybe because of all the controversy going around him not being good enough for optic yet a lot of optics wins were due to pistola being great
I plan to make a "top 10 impressed by" list for this tourney & he's definitely going to be in it! All 3 of those players as a matter of fact, haha
@@DeviousGruntAlliance I’ll be sure to watch it, they deserve it too, again though still not enough to dethrone C9, it’s gonna take an unreal amount of teamwork and dedication to beat them
@@StaliasFable I think although one of the players on C9 described their series against Fnatic as "playing into bad habits", I think other pro teams are going to look very closely into what Fnatic did there. Even if they played "bad halo", it seemed to really give C9 trouble! Regardless I do think C9 will most likely continue to win for a while
@@DeviousGruntAlliance I really do hope it’s not the case, it makes for boring competition when one team dominates, I hope the other teams get better, the 2 teams I wish to be the ones to win are optic and faze, I can’t decide which I’d rather want to win, I love players on optic, lucid and ola specifically whereas faze was my childhood and I didn’t like the optic name back then so, name sake I want faze to win but player sake I’d like lucid and ola to thrive

They are going to continue to win for a while IMO, unless there are some drastic team changes. Only current team I see maybe dethroning them is current Sentinels with a readjusted strategy, but even that's up in the air. All 4 of those players perform their role perfectly

It’s an early call but I DO think team changes are required to contest C9 regardless, I feel like while OG got close that might’ve been their ceiling as a team. Doesn’t matter now since Ola is gone but I guess they’re being proactive about it all
