I am more of a cottage/cabin type of design but when I saw the pictures online I really wanted to build it, not necessarily work with the interior but then I started to really have fun so I kept going. I had wanted to try the flooring idea and I thought it would be the perfect house to use it in. It was really fun to do! I'm glad you liked it. Thanks again! 😊

Omg this is awesome! You managed to recreate it so perfectly! In House Flipper 1 I recreated the inside of a house I saw on Zillow once but didn't have enough options to remake the outside, this has inspired me to give it a go at some point we have so many options now :) The glass floor was so cool!

We definitely have a lot more flexibility now so it makes it possible to recreate houses that you would not have a shot of doing in House Flipper 1. You should definitely try to do that house now! 😊
Hello again. I must admit, your little introduction at the beginning was a nice touch. I know you are not necessarily comfortable with speaking but you come across very clearly and it genuinely adds a little something to the beginning of your video. I chose to not check out the original property as i simply wanted to watch your build and see what was going to be created. I don't tend to focus too much on the thumbnail so i still get an element of surprise. This is a fantastic creation. Very clean and spacious. Some very unique shapes incorporated into this property. You pulled it together masterfully. The design seemed very intricate and for a while i could not work out what you were trying to do but that's just me still learning all the tools and mechanics as much as i can from your video. One thing that sticks out to me is that it is moderately decorated, and by this i mean there is great attention to detail but it is in no way cluttered. The bare minimum yet plenty to bring life and character to both the inside and out. I liked this a lot. How do you feel about it upon completion?
Yes, I am not comfortable with speaking but I wanted to be able to explain what I was doing and direct anyone who wanted to the original pictures. This was was really fun to build but not to decorate. I am a maximalist. I love plants and knickknacks everywhere. To be honest, the minimalist design is a lot harder to do and I had to fight with myself often to NOT add to the decor. I tried to follow the original design as best as i could. I am happy with the build, especially the building itself. I loved all the architectural features and working out how to make them. I wish we had more textures to choose from as I do not like some of the finishes, especially the dark gray flooring in the living room/sitting area but I was trying to match the pictures. I think I could have tried the sandstone with the same cut shape and maybe that would have worked. But overall, I am really happy with it but I will probably go back to my comfortable space for the next build. 😊 Thank you for watching it, I know it was a long one! 😊
I personally am happy watching the longer video.🙂 I respect you wanting to retain as much of the original design as possible. But you were not obliged had you wanted to improvise a bit with some of the finishes. Credit to you though for remaining firm to your plan, and i'm pleased you are happy with the result.🙂

That build must have been time consuming, but it turned out beautiful. My favorite part was the the pool and hallway floor design. 🎉🎉🎉❤
