At 19:30 min in video, You said load is not the function of time but sir in gradual loading we apply load from zero up to desired load gradually.
From this sense in gradual loading, load changes in magnitude with time, it means it's not static ?

@@harshit7256 Bhai mene baadme clear krlia tha ye doubt....actually gradual static load me same direction me load change hoga ( for example load dhire dhire bd rha hai to bdta jaega ) but fluctuating load me load direction bhi bdlega ( for example kbhi tensile hoga to kbhi compressive)
