And yes he is an American now, and it is not only because of a piece of paper, today he lives in America more than 20 years because he identified with the American philosophy, his wife is American .. His children are Americans with Scottish descent ... he knows more of this country than most of the people who were born here and loves as much , it was not a piece of paper that made him American ... it was a choice made 20 years ago, the piece of paper is just a formality .. And being American does not make him less scottish .. now he has dual nationality. the place he was born (and loves) and the place he chose (and loves) ... Craig is a great guy .. intelligent and sensitive writer .. does not need anyone criticizing and judging his choices and life
