What a sad reminder this is. It seems like you've lifted small pieces of interviews that were complete hours via The Jay Leno Fly until UA-cam canned his incredible compilation of CF LLS. No Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Ariel Tweto, Sandra Bullock, Craig's favorites. He was Jennifer Beals secret crush. Thirty seconds of Alice Eve, unconscionable! What a service The Jay Leno Fly provided! Because guests know it is for the show, they are more likely to get along with his flirting.

As a 67 year old, I've watched a lot of Johnny, Dave, Jay, and Craig. I think Craig is, by far, the best. That doesn't make him the best though. Everyone is entitled to have their own opinions.

Protip: compliment someone on something they make a choice about (hair style, clothing, etc etc), as opposed to something innate over which their short term choices don't have an impact (i.e. you have beautiful eyes/other personal feature). It's innate that people appreciate compliments on actions or choices they make, as opposed to things of their nature.
Also, when someone compliments you, never ever brush it off, turn it back, etc. Just look them in the eye and say "thank you". Giving a compliment is risky, too.
He compliments them the right way though! When you compliment a woman about something specific that she clearly has had put extra effort on (hair,shoes...) Especially when it comes from a genuine,congruent, no reaction seeking place it clicks right away.
He normally does that at the beginning to make them fell comfortable!!!
