This has been a great series - I am working on perfecting all 7 pieces and enjoying it immensely! Each part of the videos are very valuable, sheet music info to harmonic analysis, and are what sets this channel apart from others.
I wonder if you'd consider one of your 'deep dive' videos on Chromatic Approaches and Chromatic Enclosures? I'm currently working on playing a Bb7 arpeggio but chromatically approaching/enclosing each note of the arpeggio - it would be great to get your thoughts on how best to tackle this when developing your Jazz Vocab around Chord Changes. Obviosuly there's infinite ways of using chromatics in this way, but a video or series discussing this would be great! Have a great holiday season & looking forward to the output next year.
great lesson..Thank you very much for sharing this. I think I spotted an error in the tab. At the halfway point of bar 5, your tab indicates that we play the second fret on the g string,. However, during both of your demonstrations, I do not see you fretting that note when you are playing. Am I correct on that , or am I missing it! Happy new year!

Oh, you're right! The G string should remain open for the whole bar. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll fix it right away 👍
