- Pastor Mboro, his son and a bodyguard have appeared briefly in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court. The case has been postponed to the 16th of August. This is in connection with a video of the group threatening teachers with weapons at Matshidiso Primary School in Katlehong. @mmeme5861 I don't support what this man has done at all, however to comment on the point raised by the original comment; my case for access to my son started in November 2022 and is still on going now in August 2024. That is 1 year 9 months. She misses one court date and the court postpones the matter for another almost 2 months. Trust me, justice for men is very very slow. This has affected at some point to where I also thought of violence, but I am patient. My patience does not mean I am not affected, the child is also growing not seeing his father, probably being told all kinds of lies not knowing his father has been in a slow legal battle for him.
@moetikitso72 I lost my son a month ago due to heart attack. His body could not take the stress and anxiety anymore. 5 years of legal battle, not for custody, only to have normal contact with his children. Everything was turning in his favour in the last few months unfortunately his children don't have a father anymore. He sometimes just wanted to.give up and other times wanted to go the physical attack. But he never went down those avenues. The courts and social workers are 95 % in favour of the mothers. Even if they are not the best parent. My son is dead in view of the toll stress had on his body. Men's mental health need to be highlighted to assist men NOT to do this.
