Pain? you should have shown us how easy it is to do a daily check before the service on anything around the engine. we "get" to service a neighbour's tractor with Loader + Oversize wheels and mudguards attached. Can hardly get near anything and a kwik open the panel job is not on the cards = spanner job too. Oh Dearey me. Give me the naked engined earlier models or the Yanmar based Compacts, anyday. Haha Poor dad nearly got washed with sump ol over the P Strg hoses too - try doing it indoors on a clean concrete floor with hot oil for the 1st time. and then fill sump with fresh oil - either pump it in slowly >200 strokes or a long short necked spout - or was it a short spout extension to reach in and tip over a 5L jug withous splling or or overflowing. ... and of course the cab filters - was it 4 or SIX of them ..... awkward to get at and press back in job + the muck accumulating inside the housings ... How to lose friends.Wait til you have to replace gear -change linkage parts and the like..... But at least we get our parts next day by Noon from Germany ( Euro Parts Central) to n scotland - not bad, eh? THanks for posting Slàinte Mhath.
