    This 70 minute class on foundational shoulder mobility will melt the tension from your shoulders & leave them feeling super juicy!

    I’m hoping you can help me get back to where I need to be! I’m not able to get down on the floor, Yet! Can Kinstretch be done from a yoga ball, just tell I get my body to move the correct way? I was injured 2013, had total hip replacement 2016, total knee replacement 2016 and my body hasn’t moved properly since. Lately I’ve been working with PT, for a more recent knee injury (meniscus slight tear) I’ve been able to work that knee back to flat and moving pretty good, my shoulders have been incredibly stiff and painful but I’m hoping by watching you and following your videos I’ll be back to my normal self ( well as close to normal 😉). Thank You for teaching and sharing yourself with us! Anne

      hmmm. You can change your body positions from the ones I'm demo'ing here. But I wouldn't go yoga ball, too unstable. I suspect it will be tricky to modify this class without some direct instruction because the shoulder mobility set up might be a bit hard to figure out. Maybe it would be better to start with the CARs i teach in my Joints For Life program and then go from there!

      In general, skip the long passive stretches in the PAILs & RAILs and work within their range on directional isometrics instead of at end range. I offer these modifications during the class so watching it should clarify this for you.
