I'm making myself eat avocados( keto friendly) . I mostly eat them in a salad. I'm on a carb watch, so I have to check everything I eat or drink.Im not super strict, but I'm on the watch 👀.On the keto journey, they only eat 20 carbs a day.I ain't going there, that's too low.I can do that, but I like my popcorn snacks😅.I love EGGS and cooked anyway.
Cook a whole pack bacon. Freeze what you don't eat. Wrap them individually, with plastic wrap. Position the dluce where edge of wrap covers the slice, put subsequent slic next to first and fold first slice over 2nd and repeat. The ends of wrap can be folded when last slice is covered. Put in plastic bag. Take air out of bag. Fold the bag Freeze it. Also, just put a ledge under the tv. Attach to wall. Then you don't need a table to trip over under the TV.!

Ever tried the microwave bacon it’s already cooked you pretty much just warming it up. I’m forcing myself to eat breakfast too not really a breakfast person unless it’s like waffles or French toast and normally Lego has an app you can use to help put the blocks together I’m starting to be a Lego and diamond painting person. Congrats to you on starting your health and wellness journey.

Suggestion for tastier eggs, make a cheese omelette and top with salsa. But I’m lazy so I do scrambled eggs, toss some shredded cheese on top then add salsa. Good and easy. My husband likes it too, he has to watch his A1C also.

i freeze my cooked bacon i also make breakfast burrito and wrap and freeze them
