That's not actually insignificant. Machabo is better than the vast majority of players, this just means that now the few players on his level are able to beat him more often =p
Arc System Works are pretty good for balancing games compared to a lot of other developers. They sometimes makes a few mistakes here and there, but they are usually pretty good when you think that all characters feel unique and play really differently.
I think the most important nerf Sin got was the YRC Eat option. That saves wayyyy too many resources for him for pressure, red block gauge and longer combos. He could keep the frames but people complaining because they cannot block. LOL!
You can still YRC eat with the same effect as before, it's just that the window starts 3 frames later than it used to. However, now if you YRC eat before the window you get 1000 food instead of nothing. I wouldn't call that a nerf...
even if you nerf his damage by a bit and give a few of his specials more recovery, Sin still is an S-tier character. Great normals, excellent specials for nearly every situation, and arguably two of the best overdrives in the game (236236P for locking down your opponent on wakeup and R.T.L. as a damaging three-hit combo ender that can lead them to the corner. even if you whiff it or they're blocking it, you can escape.) If you really want to nerf to the ground, you're just going to have to re-work the character
the sin nerfs have tanked machaboo's win % from 95% to 93%

Karinchu?! I don't see him play with Karinchu very often...
I know, but is strange because I went in japan in agoust 2015 and Karinchu Was always there... (all days).
So is strange..
What did they actually nerfed about sin i could not find any patch notes or anything :)
+Mdesilva To be more precise, Beak Driver was given 10 additional frames of recovery, and Elk Hunt between 1 and 3 (can't remember the number)
Victims.
I like you.
+Mdesilva I think i had an Ogawa vs Victims video at least once lmao
Yes, it was an "Ogava Vs The Universe[Victims] + FAB" , with FAB being the only one able to beat him :).
That delayed Beak driver at 36:56 was gdlk
matches like these make me wish that Hase went to tournaments like EVO. I wonder how far he'd go.
1:23:52 haha what the hell
Hase showing that tiers don't mean shit in GG. Azesuke also played like a god.
also Fumo!

I don't get it. What did they nerf? Sin still hits like a truck
+Mdesilva He can't change the direction of R.T.L. if it whiffs.

is Sin still his main or is he just using him as 2ndary on this vid?
You can nerf the character, but you can't nerf the player :V
I like how this character is nerfed :^)
can't nerf the player
dude has the same win rate with sol&ky.His gameplay is too clean to drop below 90%
