If it wasn’t for you filming these cars and conveying their story, many of us would never know of them, so thankyou very much, greatly appreciated! Ps loved the Xk resto vids, do another please!
I think the comment was to be meant as a very big thank you to Mr. Owen. Mr Owen has shown his great admiration to this era of cars in every one of his videos. I agree we can troll UA-cam for lots of information but Mr Owen is truly genuine and I like when he gives history lesson on his passion.
Thank you Richard. Mine is a 60 year passion for these masterpieces..........along with the very appropriate music you play on your presentations. I enjoy everything you present.
What an incredible collection of "holy shmoly" cars. Absolutely agree with you about the 27GTB. The "production" 275GTB (and 275 GTB4) are my favorite sports cars, and I'd love to have one. This one-off example is just so unbelievably stunning. Thanks for a great presentation.
Love these video Richard! The 4K + quality looks STUNNING and I noticed I could read the small signs even when you moved around! The discreet background music does not impair your voice, you take breaks and let us hear the engines and you talk over the cars with very few mistakes. I am SUPER impressed by what you produce!
Great video, these are very special cars. Nice to here the names of two restoration shop owners, Paul Russell and Mark Allen. A good friend worked for both of them and now has his own shop in the town I live
Looking at these cars reminds me of spending 100 hour weeks in July working to get a car to this show. Now retired after nearly 40 years as a mechanic in the Ferrari service and restoration business in SoCal I can appreciate the skill and effort to prepare these cars...
Great coverage of Class one off Ferrari's!! The Chinetti Three Seat racer is just Fantastic!!! The collection of 50's customs encapsulates a Golden Age!!🇺🇸🎩🇺🇸
Jaguars are my favorite, but I tend to love all GT cars from the 1950s to the early/mid-1970s. Some of those Ferraris had rear-end styling similar to Aston Martin DBs and one even had Triumph styling like taillights.
Hi Richard. Can you show us the Ferrari 250 Europa that we get a glimpse of at 10:10 between the 275GTB Speciale and the 410 Superfast? It's the Lampredi engined predecessor to the 250GT Europa. It wears the unusual Firestone wide whites.
Hi Richard ! Haven't seen you for ages . Hope all is well with you and yours . I love your enthusiam and your knowledge is exceptional which is refreshing as this proves you're not a one trick pony. I have to say although l appreciate the fabulous craftsmanship l don't find them all as desirable but remember the 275 and 3 seater from a previous visit you made . Well , take care and see you soon back in your shop . Thanks Richard
I'd be really interested for you to go through your book collection. I spend way too much money on nice books though so maybe I don't need more encouragement!
Love the 275 GTB from Pinin in verde acqua… here you can see Battista Pininifarina signature along the same front style he designed the Alfa Romeo 1966 Duetto
Amazing to see these peaces of art. The only sad side of it is that they don't get driven. When they where made they where made for enjoyment ! If Leno owned them I guess he would take them for a ride at least once a week !
André Dubonnet, was‘nt he the owner of Dubonnet Cognac and wine factory. He gave the job to sculpture the famous Hispano Suiza Xenia by Dubonnet. Wonderful Guy.
Great video & commentary! IMO the only saving grace to these 7 or 8 digit cars is that they are removed from their climate-controlled capsules, started, and driven for a few hundred feet on grass. (OMG - There's molecules of chlorophyll being transferred to the tire treads!!... the engine is sucking in non-purified raw ambient air!!...) What would be really nice is that after Pebble Beach, ship 'em across the pond and thrash 'em at Goodwood. Poses the age-old question - is it an automobile or a static museum piece that happens to run...(?)
three seat Ferrari was great looking in I'm sure fine driving machine but did people really drive those with others seated in car ? I b smiley so big would not be room for others LOL
Richard, how are the "important" cars, the Jaguars you are restoring, coming along? These Ferrari "show ponies" are ok but many of those "things with fins" are just butt ugly. I'll bet old Enzo near puked up his breakfast when he first saw those, Mama Mia!!!! Good report.
I hav Never seen Ferrari that was not machine art on wheels , but those fins on Ferrari , yes U are correct ( Butt ugly ) not nice butt one with zits on it N cellulitis on it a( ugly butt ) Harvey Earl look does not work on Ferrari's
Love it !!!! I love Ferraris. Thanks for showing us a number of beautiful examples whch we would probably never have seen otherwise.

Pretty impressive stuff! Well...going to cry to that corner over there....thank you for your work!
That was awesome and I like the way you put in a little history about each one of the cars that was really nice
Great video, these are very special cars. Nice to here the names of two restoration shop owners, Paul Russell and Mark Allen. A good friend worked for both of them and now has his own shop in the town I live

Love the commentary, your work with restoration gives a lot of dimension to the descriptions!
Many thanks Richard. You have a good heart.
👍🏼 Nice one Richard!
The Tre Posti is drop dead gorgeous! 👍👍👍

That '51 340 with that massive V-12 is just drop dead gorgeous. I bet it sounds amazing at full song.
Riccardo grazie mille per avere condiviso queste splendide opere d'arte

Lots of Italian design. Classic Italian motorcars!
Fabulous work Richard.
The high class people were astonished by my 1986 White Ford Escort Hatchback 4sp with blue plates! 🙋♂️

Richard, sure do wish you had done this in 2008!!! Oh well you did have a great shot of the little blue car on the ramp then, thanks. Robert
I'd be really interested for you to go through your book collection. I spend way too much money on nice books though so maybe I don't need more encouragement!
Beautifull 👍
Theres no way that gto came out of the factory that mint
Yes, we are as "passionate and geeky" as you are about these 1950s and 60s custom-built Ferraris...:))
what model was the last silver one?
Love the 275 GTB from Pinin in verde acqua… here you can see Battista Pininifarina signature along the same front style he designed the Alfa Romeo 1966 Duetto

RMO... a unique presentor with vast a vocabulary
Very cool section of Ferrari’s they all make my 430 look like a VW.
Excelente
The last one was it a 375 America Special from 1954?
André Dubonnet, was‘nt he the owner of Dubonnet Cognac and wine factory.
He gave the job to sculpture the famous Hispano Suiza Xenia by Dubonnet. Wonderful Guy.
Shocking how cheap the triposte sold for! I love that far better than the Uhlenhaut coupe.
WOW COOL
I can only hope my Ferrari can be famous some day?
Gee Wizz i need Ferrari 250 especialal cabulay 1737GT 1960 that blue silver color will be fine
What about the 375 MM? That car alone has more cache than the rest, IMHO.
Such a great 375 I wish I got more footage!
Ditto…👍🏽
Can I get my golf clubs in any of them?
Great video & commentary!

You still can't pronounce Scuderia or Chinetti correctly: come on, you should be better
I did a photoshoot with that 1951 ferrari 340! Its on my website: www.steverayphotography.com
