- There’s an absolute pure joy when you wake up to freshly baked homemade bread! My absolute favorite bread is the Ghana tea bread, the process in making this is an easy one. No machine needed you just need very few ingredients and right measurements and you are good to go!

If the yeast is 14g ,does that mean you used 2 sachets of the belbake dried yeast since 1 sachet is 7g?

Thanks so much for sharing, Am a new subscriber, please last time I try to do tea bread but the problem is everything was ok just that the inside was soft like bofrot, meanwhile I wanted the inside to be stretch(tentan) please what goes wrong with my bread, please I need solutions 😁😁
You are most welcome darling.., I know exactly what you are talking about… in order to get the stretchy on the inside tea bread , you will need to first have enough patience to kneed the bread very well and also allow the dough to proof (rest ) very well enough to double in size, before and after shaping your bread! Keep on trying you will get it right! Rewatch and listen attentively ❤️

Hello dear please it’s 170 degrees Celsius in Fahrenheit 345 degrees and it’s very important you pre heat your oven for about 10mins ❤️

Hi, I am from Germany as well. The problem is the flour indeed..
Our flour is (more healthier) but hard.. I am lucky to get flour from the US base, since my husband is in the army.
But what you could try... Add a tbsp of (Speißestärke) in there and try again.. Good luck
