[TAS] Operation C Low% in

I kinda threw this together as quickly as I could to see how fast of a time I could get versus my WR low% run of 11:50 on Super Game Boy 1. It turned out to be 11:34.35! However, being that I ran it on Super Game Boy 1 it does not run at the proper frame rate. It actually runs faster than the original hardware. So this is why I ran this TAS thru the Bizhawk emulator which runs at the proper frame rate. Which from what I understand Super Game Boy 2 runs at this same frame rate. So until I acquire a SGB2 I will wait til I can get back on this game for more REAL WR attempts! So look forward to that!
Also I must note that I did not clip any walls or anything special being I wanted to see what the time would be in close proximity to my current WR run I did.

it's a TAS, meaning the emulator is just automatically pressing programmed inputs, this isn't a human playing
