He seems to be absolutely clueless about the beenkar gharana sitar playing. What he is saying ,that ravi shankar ji ne taar chadaya, ji nahi mandra saptak ke taar ravi shankar ji na nahi chadaya beenkar gharano mei sitar mei mandra saptak bajaya jata tha kyuki woh khadaj pancham sitar the . Senia, Rampur,Jaipur aur kayi gharano mei yeh baaj bajaya gaya kayi buzorgo ki recordings mei maujood hei. Originally sab sitar ke saazo mei bol ke baaj the bahut baad mei mewath sei /vilayat khan sahab sei iska ijad hua. When someone is commenting about his gharana he should as well be aware about the baaj of other gharana otherwise it would be just false information being spread in order to glorify one's own lineage , which imrat khan is doing. Besides, he is spreading some false information that has no documentary evidence.
