Not exactly. You just really need practice, hardwork, and dedication. It's not mostly the skill, but rather the progress and learning.

You need to learn as well
Join art discord servers to find good sources for guides, or watch other artist's streams or speedpaints, then analyze it. Try to recreate it, you'll fail but you keep doing it more. Always try to understand the shapes and forms, how the anatomy works, how the perspective works, how the colors work together and how controlling the values work, etc.
Persistence, dedication, motivation, inspiration, keeping you to continue learning and improving.
Then, that's when you practice. Keep practicing again and again, trying new things and applying what you've learned, not only getting better but being faster/more efficient

@@neeevirus"you need guides" lol, not to toot my own horn but when I learned that I have talent in drawing, sketching and painting, I don't have those resources heck even youtube back then. This kind of passion needs talent more than any practice or hardwork. If it's your passion but can't then sure you need it, but don't underappreciate those who didn't need practice but they can do this even years of not drawing it's because it's their talent.

Get a screen recorder app lmao. You can probably also hook up your ipad to pc/mac and screen record that way. Nice skills though!
