you talk of going from one mountain to another like you just crossed the street. that is quite a feat so don't play it down.....that takes skill and endurance. The view was magnificoooo...thank you for doing all the heavy lifting of your audience.
3 paths to take when getting to that summit..he took the shorties and fastest of the other 2 but more challenging route... its almost straight up along the edge ,..about 20 yrs ago it was getting late and i ran down that same trail with my dog to the car ,i think it took 20 minutes ..but i wasn't counting
I live in Central PA and just as you enter Maryland, in Port Deposit there's an abandoned Naval Academy. There's a fence, but if you can find a little stream you follow that to the opening and walk up the hill until you see the path. It's absolutely incredible
Oh my! I couldn’t agree more. Love you PA, but NJ wins this one. Trail looks to be more fun and yes the view on this side is the best. Absolutely beautiful! I just the can’t get over the curve of the mountain, followed by the curving river and finally the interstate. Gives a new perspective on the the river which I have mostly seen from south Philly! I learn so much from you, then teach my girls. My youngest is 7 and even asks to watch you! If we ever encountered you on a trail she might jut equate you with royalty and pass out! :-). ( and if you happened to be hiking with @jpvideos the poor girl likely would return to God!) Thank you for sharing your outdoor passions with us! Heather in York
Charles Leshko .........hike it often. I’m serious when I say this. I’ve never seen anyone but I do believe they are there. The Appalachains are definitely home to them
Thats a view my man !! Nice hike . just hiked part of hawk mt . just to the look out by mistake lol . wanted to do 4.7 loop but maybe next weekend. Definitely want to get in 1000 steps and or the high point near there.
I've hiked on this trail, very rocky but beautiful views.
Loved the view. Really fantastic. Thanks for doing all the hard work to get there. Appreciate your labors.

Great video. I have done this hike several times. The fist portion is tough but gets easier from that point onwards.

Shame about the traffic noise. Does not go with the serenity of the surroundings.
How far was the hike to the first lookout. Not sure I'd be able to.do the whole thing but maybe I'd try upto that point lol
There was a TV Show about BIGFOOT on that mountain
Didn't see him, at least not this time...

How long did it take to go up and come back down on this trail? How hard is the trail for beginner?
I don't remember exactly, this was some time ago. Perhaps 2 hours to hike up. Not an easy trail for a beginner, but it is definitely doable.
hi..please what's the name of this parking area? thank you

plenty of places to hide and camp out in thick woods of Mount Minsi near the river!
sure is, but the traffic noise from the highway would be a bit annoying
Is that the same ammeny of Tammeny Hill fame?
I guess i meant the Tammeny ring
I'm not sure
