- Tonight, on my 73rd birthday I will be making Pasta with Potatoes. A simple delicious dish I remember making in Italy.

I liked the way you poured the water on the tomatoes to ease in peeling. Another way is to stick one on a long fork and cook it over the flame on your stove. The peel will crack and come right off. Off to see more of your videos!

Yep, you had me at potato, i'm irish. On the first slice of potato to level i make sure that it is thick enough to be used. We never waste potato, it is like a cardinal sin.
