The Terra is truly beautiful, and after building in it and trying a few configurations myself I believe the best cpu cooler for this case (while having a big GPU) is the Noctua NH-L12S. It completely removes the issue you show in this video which is annoying fan noise when the fan has to sit right up to the side panel, since the fan on the 12S is underneath the fin stack. Also, if you plan on continuing using this case a 2,5 slot GPU like the Asus Proart gives you more room.
@@stabizisbackthank you for very nice feedback! I initially ordered NH-L12S as well, but unfortunately, my board was not compatible. And, ProArt card would have been much better choice!
Great stuff Joseph. I myself am wanting to build my first Mini ITX build. I just have not fallen in love with any of the cases currently in market, but I did see some new stuff from this past Computex, Montech has a case that got my interest.
The SF850L comes with a 12VHPWR cable so I am wondering why you used the adapter? If you had used an Asus ProArt or MSI Ventus, both of which are 50mm, not only could you have used a better CPU cooler but you could have had enough space to the side panel to avoid turbulence.
I simply did not realize that it has 12VHPWR cable. Thanks for letting me know! As to the GPU choice, It was just the available one I had. I plan on using this GPU again in my future build!
This is the video we talked about! Great work Joseph
@@Gringottone thank you!
Planning to move to this case so I'm glad I found an video with someone using the same graphics card, good relief knowing it will fit in the case
It barely fits!
@@JosephKim barley is good enough for me haha

@@spicybentvvods I just love Mini ITX builds.

your cpu will bottleneck the 4070ti for sure
Depends on the tasks. For rendering, it doesn't have a lot of CPU usage.
