🗝️ Whole Wheat Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins
1 ½ cups oat bran
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup applesauce
2 eggs
¼ cup oil (coconut or vegetable)
1 cup blueberries
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan or line with paper cups. In a mixing stand, blend together the oat bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add applesauce, eggs, and oil and mix until well-blended. Add the blueberries last and mix gently. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven until the muffins are fully cooked through, about 25 minutes. Enjoy hot with a pat of butter.

I fold my laundry warm right out of the dryer. So much more pleasant.
I also fold straight from the dryer. It’s just so much easier and hangers are right there for hanging clothes. Unless I have a lot of towels it’s easy to put away
Me too. My laundry room is arranged very efficiently and it’s decorated nicely too. So it’s a pleasure to do work in.

Same, and I also love folding it when it’s fresh off the clothesline outside. The smell is enchanting… sunshine and clover and sweet grass. 😍
I fold my laundry warm right off of the clothesline. In the winter, they're cold, though.
For some reason it's never occurred to me to make my own "bowls", but what a great way to use up the leftovers sitting in the fridge. Your roses are next level!

Do you have your children help with laundry? Our children each have a day to do their laundry; when they were little, I cared for the dress up clothing. Our motto is: if they can operate the buttons on a device to play, they can operate the buttons on a machine safely.

I am feeling depressed and was about to get back in bed but I watched your video and I feel a little better. I got 3 of your books last Christmas and I haven't read a word because I don't think I can do the things you do. I bought a tea cup at the thrift store and set it on top of them like you might do. I don't know what's wrong with me because I love your channel and lifestyle. ❤
Sorry u are feeling depressed. I understand how u feel, challenging to find energy for our self-care. My first step on difficult days is sitting in backyard, closing my eyes , and taking cleansing breaths. I hope your day can begin with something small devoted to you alone. Blessings!
Depression can be so hard! Please don’t be hard on yourself. I have found help with therapy and doing the things I can do. Even if it isn’t everything doing one positive thing can help me get it going in the right direction.. ❤❤❤

You inspired me last year in November to do intermittent fasting and like you I do 16'8 and wow how it's changed me.
I've never been a big eater, ,prefere nibbles ooooo not great either.

Hi Jennifer, I have been so busy with work recently and skipped a few of your videos which I never do! I am finally catching up (unfortunately while isolating with COVID 😂) but it's still such a treat.
I have two topics I was hoping you could answer. I am not sure if other people would be interested too. But I was meaning to ask about that for a long time 1) how do you decide on exchanging your undergarments. Do you change everything every season etc or do you have any specific guidelines. Also, how many undergarments do you have each session. Is it also minimalistic?
2) how do you prepare your children's wardrobe. Is it also a 10 item wardrobe? And do you mostly buy affordable clothes for them or some more expensive pieces. I am sending you a lot of love. Your beautiful channel and life has been an inspiration for me since you started! ❤❤❤

This may sound crazy, but I love to see how others fold their clothes. I just try to fold things so they will go into the drawers, but it's fun to see how others do it.

I like how you are trying to prioritize relaxation. It seems that Western countries stress the importance of productivity which I think can lead to a lot of stress. I read a book by Jon Kabat Zinn and he believes we should have just as much relaxation as productivity and he suggests mindfulness and meditation to😮 calm ourselves. I'm still trying to do that for 20 minutes a day, but it's hard. I just try to start over every day.

Hi Jennifer! I haven’t watched your videos in a while. After moving, being very sick twice in a row, and being extra busy at work, and my social calendar being booked, I feel like I’ve been slogging through life, just trying to keep a lid on things until the next day. Now that I have some balance back, and summer is coming, I’m ready to have some fun, and get back to living with beauty and intention. Your content is an inspiration as always! ❤
Also, bowls (rice, veggies, and stuff) are the unsung heroes of mealtime. I made some incredible ones last week with leftover Japanese nanban chicken, with lots of cucumber and homemade tartar sauce. Yum!
I could never have a favorite rose - each one is perfection. I have a rose bush that my mother, who passed away 5 years ago, propagated and gave to me maybe 12 years ago and if I had to pick one rose that would be it - I've no idea it's name but it's pink with a lovely scent. This was a beautiful video - thanks for the motivation and the recipe.
