These seminars need to offer definitive, specific technique in order to be more valuable. It is one thing for Jason to point out the effect of the photos, but another to explain the planning process and reasoning behind specific choices along the way. He almost got there with the color wheel discussion. I have to believe he as the skills. I could not walk away with a defined body of knowledge. B&H is a class organization. They occasionally need to up the bar for their presenters to meet, especially when they likely know as much as Jason does.
Hi Jason, I real love your styles of photography. I heard you say that you teach master lighting under 20mins. Should have a video tutorial that I learn from your master expertise? I would love to be a master of lighting for my images. I need to understand lighting and wen to use them to create different shapes and mode. Thank you in advance.
This was an excellent presentation. I was getting so much out of it. Unfortunately, I wish the moderator hadn't interrupted abruptly and switched off Mr Buff in mid-presentation for questions from the audience. Mr Buff began by saying he had nine things he wanted to cover but only got to three before being interrupted.
