I saw Kittie with Hatebreed and Drowning Pool around 20 years ago. The awesome thing is, they were out in the crowd maybe 6ft in front of me just watching the other bands play like any other fan. They're true fans, and it shows in their sound. It was an awesome show all around, but that always stuck with me that they were just there to rock out in the pit like everyone else.
When i first heard Kittie i was 29 years old at the time i was blown away on how these guy's ( girls) where and feel for them and their music 51 goin on 52 this year and still love them today they are part of my "Nu-Metal" playlist
This was awesome to watch. I remember playing a handful of shows with Kittie in LA at the Key Club…some of the most fun shows we played. I remember also going to that Ozzfest they were co-headlining back in 2000. One of the BIGGEST pits I had seen. It was awesome. And bringing it even further back…shout out to Jennifer back when she was in Spine!! My old stomping grounds. This whole documentary brought back some awesome memories. Much love to everyone involved. 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽
Kittie was the first female metal band that I ever got into. Now, there are a host of all female bands, mostly from Japan that I love. But, Kittie was the first.
Hellyeah, you guys are the soundtrack of my life, on and off stage. One ditch after another, 7 times down, eight times up..anythoughts on northern MI returns..
