I wish rainbow high had posters too, if the magazines the kpop girls came with were instead a human sized poster that would have been the best
I use the back of the box as a poster but honestly that would be so cool. I wish they did more art of each character also

Kumi’s skirt is genuinely a gift to humanity
I will always think of these girls as THE HAT CLUB now. I have too many of the OG's to buy repos but I am so pleased with MGA to release these beauties for others. Love the detailed video, love everything Bratz. Bratz dominate my doll collection with over 900 in my possession.
WOW! That’s seriously impressive. Bratz are such incredible dolls and I’m so sad I didn’t get into them sooner
As someone who never really got into Bratz, I am glad that I have a chance to get some of these more pricey dolls. I'm not too concerned about it being 1000 percent accurate so I will definitely be buying these dolls when I find them! I hope they continue to reproduce some of the lines so that way new collectors will have a chance at a decent price, because resale value is crazy
I agree 🥰I could not afford them either so now i able to get a couple.
The original Ooh La La Kumi actually has painted gloves, so the lack of gloves and extra shoes are differences between the og and repro. (I have the og Kumi so I know about those things, also Kumi’s bolero jacket looks great with her dress)
I ordered a couple Nevra’s and I’ve sent them all back… I just find the original vastly superior in every way. I also dont like the nylon hair, the ones I ordered had very noticable bald spots in top of her head… I’ll stick to my second hand Nevra and maybe I’ll get lucky and find a formal funk one :)

I don’t see them doing a play line bratz line because bratz isn’t really a kids like anymore .
Reports makes sense because it is something that appeals for adults more . Bratz as a for kids doll line is still dead
Making new ones that appeal to kids would be the first step

Bratz social media focus is adult collector only rn so i think it might be a while until MGA try’s then for play line kids again :(

The OG Kumi has the black gloves painted on, just noticed this on the repo.
I have about 10 original Brat Dolls, females and males, from 2001-2003, given as gifts. But my daughters just took them out of their boxes and barely played with them (they didn't like dolls) and so their outfits are mixed - I don't know which outfits belong to which. Is there a source that I can access to be able to match the doll with the proper outfits? Looks like all of them had 2 outfits.)

I'm pretty sure the repro Bratz dolls actually saran hair like their og counterparts rather than nylon. I got a repro 1st edition Sasha for my birthday last year. And her hair felt more similar to my G1 Monster High dolls (Which all have saran hair.) hair than my RH or LoL OMG dolls.
I believe that the original Nevra from the formal funk playset came with all-black ankle boots with a square toe, not pointed (just pulling from my memories) I remember as a kid not licking them, cause I thought they made her feet look like ducks lol. Also OG's never skin was always like that, it was slightly more olive,
Do you think that the Secret Date dolls, had outfits from the Girls Nite Out dolls, because there was an excess amount of outfits that MGA decided to give them to another doll line?

Nice review Brooke. Do you know of the origins of that butterfly top? I have seen it in Kpop artists after Bratz but never in a human before Bratz. I also have seen it in stores and recently on Olivia Flutter. Thank you
I know the butterfly top was used for the Bratz Pixiez and it was a pretty popular movie
The original inspo is celebrities of the 90s/ 2000s who made it a huge trend. Mariah Carey in particular wore the butterfly style tops alot which tied in with her butterfly-era iconography. If you were a teen back then you could buy cheap versions of this top everywhere in any mall store!

As a kid I never really liked Bratz, I owned one but she wasn't my favorite. Seen them as an adult I have to say that I love them, the original 2000s and the reproductions
