- I really enjoyed this doll and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of all three outfits we highlighted in this video! Which one is your favorite? I think my favorite is definitely the bunny hood and dress.

I’ve always wanted a Licca doll ever since I got the Licca Nintendo DS game.
In the game she had a scrapbook you could look through that had a bunch of doll dioramas of her and her family and friends.
I was so fascinated by it, I wanted her so bad, only problem was the game was branded as “Lovely Lisa” so I had no idea who Licca was.
Please tell me someone else remembers this!
eyelet white lace fabric like that is generally supposed to be VERY expensive so the fact shes the price she is is insane
I bought several of these dolls and accessories for my daughter from Amazonjp and the quality is much better than Barbie. I enjoy sewing doll clothes and the main reason I bought these dolls is because of the gorgeous sewing pattern books available to make her clothes. The patterns are all in Japanese, of course, so they are a fun challenge.
I wonder if the lack of articulation for collector dolls is due to the assumption that adult collectors dont actually play with their dolls and they only display them in the predetermined pose.
I bought licca chan outfit for my rainbow high dolls.. I have the school uniform licca chan outfit that i gave to my customs poppy.. And most licca chan clothes can fit the rainbow high...and their outfit is very well made too..
When I lived in Japan as a kid (early 90s), my Mom got me a Rikka chan set of a pink ambulance and two toddler Rikka chan dolls in pink nurse outfits, I so so wish I could find that item again! Also Brooke you read my mind by putting the outfit on a RH doll body, thankie!❤
Oh wow this is a throwback for me. My family used to buy Licca-chan dolls and I liked the aesthetic of them. Unfortunately, we don't have them anymore since that was back when we were kids.
Bunny dress is my favorite. But it's kinda biased since one of my Blythe dolls came in a bunny dress and hood as her stock outfit. I just adore bunny dresses 😅
One of my favourite thrift finds was finding 2 Licca fashion packs at a Value Village. One was mint in package and the other had a dress switched out but was still a Licca dress.
I bought that Licca Chan doll in my first order from Amazon Japan. She is very cute, especially for the price. I almost added that bunny outfit, and I regret not doing that now. Hopefully it's still in stock when I am ready to do another order.
Their clothes are so nice compared to other modern dolls I have. I really run the risk of filling my house with thousands of Maki-Chan though!
Ooh I thought the smaller Licca-chan dolls also had the limited arm articulation and I lost interest in them, now I want one of these sooo bad 😍
I’m definitely going to investigate further- this model was released in 2019 so /maybe/ the crummy articulation is a recent change? I have a bunch more liccas in my next-next package from Japan so there’s more content related to them coming for sure
This was soo cute I always loved that Licca!! It's funny you got me into Liccas in 2021 and I never even realized you didn't have any classic ones! The fashion packs are dangerous because there's soo many!
Dang it stop getting me into new dolls! I usually don't like japanize dolls just because I'm not a fan of round eyes most if the time but this is so cute!
I have bought many dolls from Amazon Japan, a ton of Pretty Cure dolls, just got Fontaine the other day with the Licca in the Cherry skirt. I bought this bunny outfit and a blonde Licca to wear it. I just got Cure White and Cure Black they are super cute. Love when you do videos including the Pretty Cure dolls. I made a list to try to collect them all, just need 3 to complete the lines that I know of, still need La Mer, Cure Yell and Cure Etoile so I have way over 20 of them now. I really like the fashion and accessories for this Licca, and her shoes are surprisingly detailed. I have a few fashion packs and they've all been pretty good so far. Sometimes a shirt and vest or a blouse and skirt might be the same clothing piece instead of separates, but I don't mind it once it's on the doll. The bunny dress is too cute. The line with the AR headbands is an interesting concept. Fun outfit.
There is an outfit that is Alice inspired cause that was one of the outfits I bought with the bunny outfit.
She is too childish for me, but the quality is great, and she is so cute when her head is tilted, love it

Love these cute Licca items! I need those Harajuku clothes! I had no idea the #Licca dolls were less articulated. That's disappointing. I'd totally put their head on an Obitsu body, or even an Azone Pure Neemo body. :D

Hi I just got my first Licca chan doll and I got mine second hand and was wondering if you knew of any other type of shoes that can fit a Licca chan doll
i'd like to let you know that the #licca stands aren't working for you because you're using them wrong. there's a little infographic on the box that shows, they're supposed to be sideways, holding the left leg from the outer thigh. it grips the thigh this way, and leaves more room for the feet also.

I am interested in getting one of these, but there are so many that I don’t know where to start. Where would you guys recommend? Also, if anybody knows where I can find a DollHave Kiki from Kiki’s delivery service. That would be amazing. I’m blind so I can’t see the pictures so I’m having a hard time deciding.

Why would you need to use a proxy if you can order directly from amazon jp? Is there a benefit to including a middleman?
Amazon jp you pay international shipping for every item which can be like $20 an item sometimes… with a proxy all items go into one box which generally is much cheaper. I can buy like 20 dolls and pay like $100 in international shipping and usually free shipping within Japan. Then the $3 proxy fee per item… so item cost+ $160 as opposed to item cost + $10-$20 per item international shipping.
But if you only get a few things a proxy isn’t worthwhile
