    Hello Sofia! I bought the piriformis control program but I had let it down and now going back to it. But I keep scrolling through your blog and read so many articles that in the end I am SO confused. The question I ask myself right now is : if during the assessment, the only thing I did notice is that my shoulders and head are going forward, does it mean that I should NOT stretch but only strenghten ? (I mean, with the 3 steps describe in the program!). Like, if I am hurting and I have a big flare up I should NOT do the streches that I can find in one of your articles ? ("13 Effective Piriformis Stretches To Get Quick Relief From Piriformis Syndrome"). I feel like if I have a flare up I am only "allowed" to do the tennis ball release ? Maybe I have trouble understanding the difference between releasing and stretching.
    Also, I am trying hard to get good posture but it hurts my upper back so fast !
