This was the perfect video to start off the year! Your goals are so inspiring and really are just great goals not just for the year but for life! Thank you for being so honest and sharing this with us! I definitely struggled some this fall and early winter just not prioritizing God as much as I should, and it’s crazy how much life looses its sweetness when you aren’t seeking the goodness of God! I really do pray that you can pursue this and it blesses you and your endeavors in such a beautiful way! It’s never too late to turn around! Glad I have you with me on this pursuit :)
Also with your skin 1) you should never be insecure because you are beautiful inside and out, but 2) I have found that less is more in my life. I know this doesn’t work for everyone, but I use just regular bar soap on my face and I moisturize with a mixture of coconut oil and aloe Vera! It’s all natural and my skin has never looked or felt better!
No matter what always be confident because you are so blessed in so many ways and I’m praying for you and always rooting for you ❤️❤️ I love you, Han!!
book rec: Tuesdays with Morrie (gives you such a good perspective on life + short book) also so happy to see your trying to get closer to God again. that was my goal last year and it's definetley brought me lots of peace in my life

Hannah, can I just say how happy I am for you! I have been watching your channel for maybe 2 years now and remember you talking about God and going to church. During this whole video I was hoping you would bring Him up. As soon as you did I said YES!!!! Girl. God will indeed bring you new life and restoration. Reading the Bible and praying are the best ways to grow closing to God. Also being around fellow believers. I will be praying for you and your journey! 🩷
An invitation to joy is a great book! It’s about pursuing joy in the Lord. It was very refreshing and beautiful to read.
You’re definitely setting yourself up for great habits for 2024! Great book recommendations as well! I’m a fan of Jay’s podcasts, so I need to give his book a read. I also love the journals you brought up! I haven’t really tried a prompted journal, but I think it would be great for me. This year really does feel transformative :)

Yess I know we don't know each other but as someone who knows how hard it is to be a christian nowadays with all the distractions I am so proud of you for making that a goal!!! I pray you will seek him with your everything and I know He will show Himself to you and show His love to you!!

A remedy of mine for the new year is to add one to the date, so instead of like writing 2023 I would write result of 2023 + 1 ,, so 2024 .

Dear Hannah, I don’t know what to say, other than that I’m so happy for the goals you’ve set for yourself this year and if you can follow through with them then you should have some very happy memories to look back on next year.

Girl I’m sure you can borrow some books from Ava. She has a ton in her room against the wall!
Hi Hannah! Something I did that helped me was definitely cut out dairy.
But I also realized that my sugar intake was a big contributor. One of them being bananas!! I loved them and would eat them every day sometimes more than once. I saw an even bigger difference once I cut them out. Hope this helps!

Love this video! I used to struggle with my skin as well. I am pretty much the same age as you, so maybe that could be a similarity on hormone changes etc. I know everyone is different but I found that simplifying my skin care was game changer. I only use a face wash and moisturizer and my skin has never looked better. So I recommend perhaps trying that out!

Idk if u have tried it before, but my friend’s acne cleared up within 3 months on accutane. I would recommend !!
Book suggestions: anything by Sarah J Maas. Specifically ACOTAR
Read Nourshing Traditions by Sally Fallon. This is a must read if you want to clear up your skin and be healthy! Its a cookbook/ educational book
TBH-you talk more when you are giving advice to people but that is different from like really opening up about your own life, not giving details about stuff but just opening up about relationships with family or your feelings about them and things you are going through.
Nine Perfect Strangers is good I’m almost done with it but I love what I have read and I love the show on Hulu
