    Cottage cheese layer, airy poppyseeds filling with lemon flavor and delicious dough create a successful combination. Surprise your guests with such delicious, fragrant and satisfying pastry! We need:
    Cottage cheese cake with poppy seeds
    Dough:
    Butter 82% - 150g
    Powdered sugar - 120g
    Lemon zest - 1 tsp
    Eggs - 3pcs (170g)
    Milk - 20g
    Lemon juice - 40g
    Flour - 220g
    Baking Powder - 5g
    Salt - 1 pinch
    Poppyseeds layer:
    Poppyseeds - 200g
    Milk - 100g
    Sugar - 80g
    Vanilla sugar - 8g
    Egg - 1pc
    Lemon zest - 1 tsp
    Cottage cheese layer:
    Cottage cheese 9% - 500g
    Egg - 2pcs (110g)
    Sugar - 110g
    Vanilla sugar - 8g
    Sour cream 30% - 80g
    Lemon zest - 1 tsp
    Cornstarch - 20g
    Pour the poppyseeds with boiling water for 20 minutes, then drain the water through a sieve. Combine poppy seeds, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Cook over low heat with constant stirring until all the liquid has evaporated. Remove from stove and set aside. Then add the egg and lemon zest, mix.
    For the cottage cheese layer, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream, pierce everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Add corn starch to the cottage cheese mass and mix with a silicone spatula.
    For the dough, combine butter (room temperature) with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, mix everything with a silicone spatula. Add one egg at a time (room temperature), stir after each addition. Pour milk and lemon juice, mix.
    Add baking powder and salt to the flour, sift into the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
    Transfer the resulting dough into a mold covered with parchment paper (size 27x18cm) and flatten.
    Spread the poppyseeds filling on top of the dough. Put the cottage cheese mass on top of the poppyseeds (for convenience, you can use a pastry bag).
    Put into the oven preheated to 180C, bake for about 50 minutes.
    Let cool at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.

    Наконец творог, а то мало его используете в рецептах. А ещё меньше используете торт Захер, прям очень редко, раз в никогда если быть точнее))
